The Deep Dive
AIR Security is aimed at a problem that becomes much harder once companies move from individual AI chats to autonomous agents. An agent may depend on plugins, MCPs, skills, websites, internal data, and sub-agents, meaning its security boundary can change constantly. AIR’s approach is to treat that changing context as an attack surface and put security controls around it.
The interesting part is the combination of pre-runtime and runtime protection. AIR Filter vets the components an agent brings into its environment, while AIR Defend focuses on what the agent actually does. AIR Control adds governance across the agent fleet, creating a broader security layer rather than another standalone scanner.
The limitation is maturity of publicly available evidence. AIR only came out of stealth in September 2026, so buyers will have fewer years of public performance history compared with established cybersecurity vendors.
